Shipping and Returns
Lola & Betto ships all over the world.
Lola & Betto's logistics partner for shipments is SDA. For the city of Bergamo only, Lola & Betto can, in a discretionary way, choose to rely on local pony express.
For shipments to non-EU countries, any customs duties will be charged to the Customer / Recipient.
The Return Policy is not guaranteed for shipments outside the EU; every single case is evaluated.
Shipping cost
The cost of express shipping Italy is 8 €.
Shipments are free throughout Italy, for orders over € 150.
The costs for EU / international shipments vary according to the countries and are therefore estimated on the Check out page, before the order confirmation.
For all EU / international shipments any additional taxes and duties are charged to the Customer.
Delivery time
The products will be delivered by express courier to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order. The average delivery times, for Italy, are 2-4 working days, for abroad 3-7 days, from the date of receipt by the Customer of the order confirmation email,
Traceability
To check the status of the shipment, once the order has been shipped, customers receive an email with the tracking number and a link for tracking.
From this moment on, it is the Customer's responsibility to verify the correctness of the progress of the shipment, and prepare to collect the package when the courier passes by. Our commercial partner, SDA, makes up to a maximum of two attempted deliveries, after which the shipment becomes "stock", with additional costs that Lola & Betto reserves the right to charge the customer.
Therefore, the utmost attention is required in providing, during the order confirmation phase, all correct and complete references relating to the shipping address. You are also asked to be present, or delegate someone on your behalf, on the day of delivery (which can be monitored with the tracking number that Lola & Betto communicates by email as soon as the shipment leaves).
Upon delivery of the order, customers are invited to carefully check the package before signing proof of delivery. Lola & Betto pays a lot of care and attention to the protection of the product with protective packaging. If for any reason the package is not compliant, please accept the delivery with reserve

Commercial relationship between the parties
All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with Lola & Betto and undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.) or if the customer refuses the delivery, the shipping costs and additional costs of returning to the sender will be deducted. from the refund due to the customer.

Return of shipments in Italy / EU
Lola & Betto refers to the Consumer Code (Article 52 et seq.) Regarding the right of withdrawal.
Customers have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days, from the day they come into possession of the goods, by sending the withdrawal form (downloadable from the Terms and conditions, Definitions and legal references section) to the following emails: sales@lolabetto.com is lolaandbetto@gmail.com.
The Customer is required to return the goods to the Owner within 14 days, from the day on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if the delivery of the goods to the courier takes place before the expiry of the 14-day period described above.
Once the goods have been received and their condition verified, iThe refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
Lola & Betto does not accept products returned without original labels and relative packaging.
The return shipment remains the responsibility of the Customer.
